There are tons of them in the low to mid 11's completely stock, tires and all. My friend drove his straight from the dealer to the track, with 18 miles on it and ran 11.38.

Throw two turbo's on it and imagine what you'd have!!! PITI80 must have been on some serious medication and suffered hallucinations. Line up another race and let us know the details.....shucks, I'd drive from Nashville just to witness this.

maybe it was the classic case of some big mouth kid with too much money and not enough skill or knowledge to know how to launch the car or moreless handle the power ??

I believe your thinking of a C5 ZO6....those run in the 12's bonestock...
C5 Zo6=346CI
C6 Zo6=427CI

a new Z06 will do high 10's stock on drag radials.

I SAID I WASN'T sure but I am now. Sorry. it was like 55 degrees, at least thats what it felt like. And yeas I will let you know next time this happens and I will video tape it.
