Vortec Head Gasket/Manifold Options

Hey all. Sorry if this has been covered extensively but I've been out of the SyTy loop for a LONG time.

Syclone #1174 is getting its new motor installed after years of being in storage.

The motor came with Vortec heads and a cobbed together gasket which is being replaced...

What are the latest/greatest (reliable) options for lower intake modifications &/or gaskets?

If any members are offering these services please shoot me a link/cost/etc.

I'm in Ashby MA.

Lower intake was already modified to work with Vortecs but I'm looking for a more complete conversion. Reached out to Race Proven about the ported manifold conversion. Anyone running that with success?

felpro 1203 is the gasket u will need...

felpro 1403 is the gasket u will need...

close but # is 1203 . run these and a light coating of grey silicone . good to go .

Has the lower been welded up yet? I have welded a bunch of them for people, I really perfer to let you have a local person port it though so it matches correctly with YOUR heads.

Felpro gasket and properly welded lower is the way to go.

I have 3 intakes welded up for this and matched for the felpro 1203 gaskets. On the 1203 the blue silicone goes on the intake side.
