Powder coated my calipers and spindles, installed new axles, started building a new DP and built a plate for the hydra boost.

Also my first shot at TIG welding

Knew the driver side caliper would stick sometimes and not release, So I painted a new one. That lead to finding a bad hub seal and replacing the rotor and pads. Put new rotor and pads on the other side to match.

Whenever I had a caliper stick and not release it was always the stock rubber hose that connects to the caliper that was deteriorating and caused it. I've replaced that house on a few trucks now for that same issue.

They were new Kore-3 hoses, but that's good info. A couple of years ago when I had the A/C recharged, the mechanic said occasionally a new rotor will stick during break-in. We popped the hose to check for flow, so maybe he knew of that issue. It never improved. but I did'nt do much wrenching during the last two years with ankle problems.

Yeah my dad filled me in with that little tid bit after i replaced a caliper on another truck and didnt fix it. I replaced the brake line and never had an issue since. Since then i've run into 2 other trucks with the exact same problem where the hose fixed it.
