What's with PST Suspension and their poor service!?!

I ordered the front end rebuilt kit from http://www.p-s-t.com like 4 weeks ago and they still have my shit on back order. I talked to Julio this morning and he just tells me to call back in a few days. He says my stuff is on backorder but he can't find anyone to help him etc. etc. Is this normal service from these people or should I just tell them to blow me and cancel my order? My front end is shot and I'm sick of waiting for these people to deliver their product. Sorry, but I'm really pissed off

ya know, i think i got the same guy....they had to call me back cause they didnt know what the hell a syclone was and how i explained to them just to send the 4x4 package.....


pain in the a$$.... but the PST kit rocks...just remeber to lube up the bushings really good when you put everything back together....

hope you got air tools for xmas....you'll thank yourself later..

Well, i didnt have THIS much trouble when I ordered mine. They had everything but the sway bar bushings so it wasnt a big deal, but just as a little warning, they didnt show up at my door for 6 months. Keep waiting.....

Mine took a week or two, but that was some time ago.

They do seem to be backordered on one or two parts almost all of the time.

I cant remember who I talked to, but he was fantastic. I know adam had problems with his tech assistant.

Good kit though..

Myself.. Took me longer to install it (1 mos cuz I was lazy) than it did to order and receive it.

Damn thing came asap..
