why atr sucks

just wanted to relate to all why i think ATR sucks and not to deal with them.
i have been a dealer for atr for about 10 years.
generally, i think they make good products.
i also think their setrvice SUCKS, and i have now hit the last straw - i cancelled my account with them due to being treated like crap by those bimbos.
they sent me an alum. dshaft for my sy - it was wrong. too long.
so i ordered another - eventually, it showed up.
after asking tehm to check it before shipment, which they were too slack to do, i received yet another wrong dshaft.
multiple phone calls and emails (which were ignored) i gave up and sent back both driveshafts for a refund.
they refused to reimburse any shipping money, leaving me nearly 100 dollars out.
after complaining politely and nicely, i got nasty.
STILL no response back from the dimwit chicks.
apparently, they dont care enuf about long term god dealers for them that a few bucks is enuf to ignore/piss off their vendors.
it's not the oney - its fully the principle - these bitches have no loyalty, no decency, and apparently no sense.

so, i am posting this to warn people off atr - i would never ever deal with tehm again, and i recommend those who read this follow suit as well.
they dont and wont care about you - just your money.
this is not sour grapes folks - this is a long term formerly happy dealer of the;r's recommending not to mess with them - you will not be happy.

no one ever follows advice - its human nature.
i just wanted to publicly post my new opinion of them.
i was just amazed at their total lack of responsiveness and screwing me on teh money - they dont want to take responsibility for anything wrong.
this si the wrong way to keep people happy.
it costs money to make money - believe me.
ps - does anyone know why the hell its snowing so hard!?!?!?!?!?!?

I purchased numerous products from them over the years and I too wish I never came upon them. Their service definitely sucks. Their instructions suck and I'm not so sure that their products don't suck as well. Their exhaust systems are nice but that's about it. I bought their light show a.k.a. AFR Ratio Monitor and they gave me the wrong directions twice, long story short after paying twice to have it installed it still didn't work so I called their "tech dept" and they said no problem send it back if you don't want it...so I did, they sent it back with a rude letter stating that they don't know what I did with the part so I was stuck with it. I called them and told them that one of their own send to send it back and they said we don't care. So I said OK if you're gonna be a dicks I'll call the credit card company and tell them that I didn't get what I paid for and sent it back and that I wanted a full refund. Long story short I got my money back from the credit card company who charged it back to ATR. Well I thought that was the end of the story until I tried to buy something else from them at a later date and they refused to sell to me...no surprise there but not sure what they felt they were accomplishing because I got their parts from someone else!!! From that point on I vowed to never buy any of their shit again. So this story doesn't surprise me at all. Take it from someone who has been buying SYTY parts for over 8 years, don't even bother with them go elsewhere. At this stage of the game it is nice to have so many other vendors who know their shit. ATR has zero fast SYTY's that I know of and that speaks volumes. So here's to ATR :fist: :fist: :fist: :fist: :fist: :fist: :fist: :fist: :fist:
 
Now that I can finally post again on this forum :D I have to say.

I just wonder how they stay in busines. They are phony, complete MORONS, especially that asswipe Phil character. They have the attitude that they are never wrong. If you have a problem with one of their products, they will never admit that it is the product. They take your money and run. I am usually pretty laid back, but atr has rubbed me the wrong way a couple of times. I say, if possible, don't give them your hard earned money. Patronize the Vendors that appreciate it .

ATR sucks.

If you have got to have something ATR (Exhaust is about the only product of theirs Id recommend)
Go to Rick at www.rkkustom.com
At least then you don't have to deal with morons and he will work with you to support the sale.

Free Shipping on ATR stuff too last time I checked.
