Hotwired the IC Pump. It comes on, even with the keys out of the ignition, strangely enough, so I wired in an on/off switch to flip the IC pump on and off. Very noticeable sound when its on, and very noticable flow. Unsure of what pump is on the heat exchanger, bought the truck used. Stock Upper IC is ambient after driving it now, which it never was before.. I'm only left with a quick question: I wired from the sytyarchives how to, and it says it shouldn't come on unless the keys are in the ignition.. It comes on if yellow gets grounded, regardless of keys being in the ignition or not... Why could that be?

If it is not a problem with your relay, it sounds like one of the previous owners (or mechanics) did some fancy wiring to the truck. It kind of worked so no harm. Then you came along and did the normal yellow to ground and discovered his mistake.

Obviously, you will need to trace the hot wire to the relay back to ware it is wired into the system. It should be a source that is hot only when your ignition is on. The other way is to run you a new wire from an ignition on source to the relay cutting out and tapping off the old wire. Keep the same gauge of wire.

I hope this helps.
