Not sure really? This is all new to me, I'm looking for a computer and all. Basically everything I would need to monitor the status of my engine. I am going to be learning as I go. I am not afraid to do research or mess with technical stuff, so I think this will be a fun challenging endeavor. That's kind of the allure of the syty trucks. They are a constant challenge.

I would suggest starting with just the logger and the wide band. The turbo was a great deal! Glad to hear it is working so well for you

From what I know, which is very little is that I need a computer, the proper cord and the software. So what's the cost of all that?

Yes it has everything you need, a nice laptop with 4gb ram windows7 a ton of bins and data master configured and ready to go and tested. The aldl cable ready to plug in and a nice plx wideband controller with gauge. All for $275

Thats not a bad price at all. if your truck is completely stock. ask fivetodrive to preload a starter bin to datamaster for you.
And. remember that that kit he has is for datalogging If you want to start tuning you will also need a 3-bar map, ostrich, chip adapter, and adapter to usb cable to load your files to the ecu. most peeps leave the ostrich installed in there trucks. If you don't want to do that. I would suggest buying a chip and burn from moates. This way, when you are all done tuning you can burn a new chip and install that into your adapter in your ecu.
It is also a good idea to buy a converter for the laptop that plugs into your cigarette lighter. this way you dont run out of battery on the laptop in the middle of a log or tune.
