Mechanically, my wife and I have already agreed we want to keep it completely stock. However, we may change the stock stereo out (keeping the all the original stuff) for something a little more current and less apt to skip, and better sounding. It won't be racking up the miles either, other than a sunday jaunt here and there to keep everything working right, and a car show here or there (local stuff...we call it cruise night).

If you watt to truly keep it stock forever, I have a suggestion.

NEVER come back to this site... EVER....There's only so much a man can take before he has to break down. Typically these moments start with "I'll just do a K&N filter". If you ever catch yourself muttering these words, immediately reach for your wallet and throw it into the nearest river.

You'll thank me later..

Sweet looking Ride. You need to lower it though and put on a KN filter.

O wait, listen to Josh, he is a OG SyTy owner, wait he owns a ford now he doesn't know anything.

No lowering of this one, it's staying pretty much stock. I noticed last week that the CD player must be having some age related issues and is skipping, so, I'll likely swap it out (keeping the old head unit). The wife and I already planned on putting a 2 way alarm in it. Full stock is perfectly fine with both of us though.
