Re: Quickest way to disable fuel pump? Can't he also just unplug the wires that go to the sending unit. I can reach mine from the back of the truck looking through the little notch in the bumper cladding. it's a clip with a purple and i think grey wire.

Re: Oh what the hell, truck wont start Woohoo, trucks back on the road...Thanks for the help guys. I ended up putting a new tank, sending unit and pump in there. This was the first weekend I had a chance to get everything back in there. Fired right up and runs like a champ again.
