Re: Oh what the hell, truck wont start
Well yesterday was a long day or testing a looking for answers. I swapped the relay for the fuel pump and tried to start it and got nothing. Then I tried starting it with banging the bottom of the tank with a hammer and still nothing. I tried to pull codes...
Re: Oh what the hell, truck wont start
I didn't have time to check anything out last night. So I am getting up early on Sat. morning and I will start with all the tests mentioned.
How would I test the oil pressure sender. I don't see why it would stop working.
Re: Oh what the hell, truck wont start
I'll check fuses tomorrow. If I have time I'll pull the plastic cover off and bash on it. If not, I'll give that a shot this weekend.
Anyone else have suggestions.
ughh, so the truck wont start....I had it parked for the winter like always and now nothing. I had it started a few times and drove it up and down the street a few times when there wasn't any sand on the roads and I had it just at idle in the driveway for a little bit while I worked on the STi...

Re: Farewell to Phantom Wipes
lol, I love the phantom wipers. It cracks me up. Sometimes when I hit a bump I get them. passengers are like what the hell was that.
Re: sell or no?

Re: Pictures from Jimmy's BBQ 2007
I saw the cruise bracket, it looked good. I am waiting to see if he is going to produce a battery relocation kit, to move it down below.
Re: you know what grinds my gears?
I usually just watch as people gather around my truck and talk, look under it, inside it, call friends. Sometimes I will just walk up and be like wow, this things cool, what are we looking at.
Re: Pictures from Jimmy's BBQ 2007

Re: May Meet: BBQ @ Jimmy V's (CT)
Thanks again Jimmy, it was another great BBQ. I love the chicken and rice, it's still my favorite of all times I think. The weather was great, didn't rain at all the entire time I was there. It started a little bit after I got home. looking forward to next...
Re: Accidents in the SyTy World
I refuse to put drunk people in my Ty for that reason,
I did once launch the Ty hard and forget that I had a large soda from Taco bell in the cup holder (top on lucky). As it came flying past my head, I did the one handed grab with my right hand and held onto it...
Re: low milage vs. high milage
I think I have like 58 or 59K now. I consider that to be pretty low. Not extremely low, but in comparison to other trucks that seems decent.
