Edelbrock 7801 timing chain and gear set. Bolted on and never ran. Will not work with my new setup. $40. shipped to 48 states.

I'll take it if I can get a few questions answered. First, why won't it work for your setup? Was it too tight or loose? I have a stock motor that I am going to replace the timing chain on and this might fit the bill.

The timing chain fit perfect!! I planned on running it but I had to switch back to a single G.M. roller to get a reluctor wheel to fit between the balancer and the chain. The reluctor wheel would touch the chain. I am in the middle of putting a 0411 computer and harness in my truck. It will allow me to run efi live/ hp tuners and control an 80e

FWIW, that's a good price on that set. We normally sell it for $52 + S&H and we're cheap.
