Volo Auto Museum (http://www.syty.net/forums/showthread.php?t=104500) is only about an hour away from Milwaukee. Wanted to see if there are any folks interested from the Milwaukee area or south to caravan with. I'll be departing from Franklin around 8:30 AM.

my truck has been laid up for a number of year, 8 actually and was finally able to get it up and running a few weekends ago. the problem that i have now is when the truck starts to build boost via my autometer gauge, it starts sputtering and slightly backfiring. the truck is pretty stock with...
Re: Art Carr Tranmission
That's funny because the gentleman that is selling it told me the same thing, but when I emailed Art Carr they told me it is a "direct replacement" for a 1993 Typhoon.

Re: Art Carr Tranmission
I guess the cost on the website doesn't really explain the whole picture. A gentleman at www.s-seriesforum.com is selling this tranmission for $700USD. I really don't have a budget of $2400+ Here is the link to the classified...

I've gotten them from Napa. Have had no problem with them, I had to install one on a Grand AM. Actually the bolt worked very well. Hope they'll work for Adam as well.
The problem I had was that the rotor was on crooked. There is a notch that the rotor fits into that I thought I had it on straight. I would check that, power going to the coil, power at the cap and then at your spark plugs. I hope this helps! Check firing order also.
Good Luck!
