With nothing attached. I have an extra broken turbo and want to try and use the wastegate actuator on a gm-8 turbo on my diesel. It is from a 99 and was vacuum operated, and my truck is 83 so no ecm to control it. I was wondering if I could use the syty actuator with spring to build around...
