Re: Code Help? Roger, is there a common problem for code 12?

I have 2 codes: 12-No reference pulses from distributor are reaching ECM. 42-Electronic Spark Timing is grounded or open, Malfunctioning HEI module can this. Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated.

I know the Ty's run better with an additional heat exchanger but was curious what part number you guys are using for this? I think the stock inter coolers use a 7/8" heater hose?

Re: No oil pressure Yep, the needle is on the back side of the post so to speak. I'm guessing this is a common problem so if someone can point me to the thread already started Thanks for your help. Glad it was this and not a bad sensor/sender, that would be a pain in the ass to replace.

I have no oil pressure and I'm pretty sure the oil pump is good. I want to test the circuit from the sensor to the gauge. I have three wires coming off the sensor- light green, yellow and orange. Any one know which wire I need to test? Most likely the cause. Thanks.
