Do you still have to know the secret "handshake" to become a mod? Adam tried to teach it to me at Daytona, but I slapped him in the mouth, pointed at my crotch, and said, "NO!" He said I would feel the wrath of syty.net and ran away. To this day, when I click a link on here, Outlook Express sends an e-mail to Brian Green saying that I love him. He filed a restraining order against me last week.

Clicking a link on syty.net also sends out a beacon to all Ultimate Chips setting the boost flag to "false".
Its best not to be driving your truck when this happens.

Every time I think about what I had to to to become admin I find my self waking up from a drunken passed-out haze, face down, on the side of the highway with a bottle of Mad dog in one hand, a rusty knife in the other, and a 20 foot (er 7 meter) canadian flag sticking strait up out of my ass. Not to mention the open wounds that someone etched into the skin on my chest saying 'No More!' with a "have a nice day" smiley below it. And for some reason I keep muttering lines from Slingblade and that Gummy Bears cartoon for the rest of the day.
I kinda wish I was only a mod so that I could function in every day life without showing up on the highway like a gang-rapped hooker everytime someone starts talking about gummy bears.

Geez....at least you get something for that. I have the same thing happen to me every Thursday, except my toenails have J-O-H-N-W-A-L-L-E-R painted on them and there's a bag of Green Tea on my forehead with "Brian" handwritten to the left of GREEN.

Some people don't realize how much shit you get for locking a topic, and trying to keep the peace around here. And then there is always the decision if you should let the topic continue.....so you don't lock it right away and come back from work or school to see it spiraled out of control and people making phone calls and ready to kill eachother (personal threats, lawsuits ect.). So you lock it, and people get madder, and want you to keep it open so they can get the last say in before the lock.....

I like the ones we have now, Why change, everytime I ask for help from one of them, they were right there. These guys need to be honor for the job they do because they try to keep the rest of us in line, which isn't always easy :tup: Having said that, who else is :screwy: enough to REALLY want the job. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK MODERATORS.
