So some sort of law enforcement did actually use a Typhoon as a patrol car? I was always curious if someone had or not in the past.

it was a privately owned cop car since new...the owners thought syty's were a neat thing back then so they bought the 13 yr old son a new sy and a ty for patrol in their neck of the woods....i ended up with both later on....among everything else i piddle around with, it certainly has kept me occupied for the last couple of years...

hey juan? how the hell are you...i knew something good would come out of this post!! i did the rwd to generate a core for the sy and to generate smoke from the tires... never did any kind of custom paint though...just white....i did a few burnouts in the ty that you couldn't even see the truck at all, there was so much smoke....pretty challenging conversion to RWD...i had to modify shit for it to work properly....don't be such a stranger man....take care....

I guess the police did use SY/TY's for patrol cars. I always figured it wold be a good idea. I know I wouldn't try to get away!!
