Re: What's happened to the "old" timers?
Oh man......you guys got me crying at work I'm laughing so hard..........
We stop at a gas station somewhere deep in Kansas/Oklahoma/Texas at night.....about 20 old people playing Bingo inside (yeah- it's happening at the gas station).....Sean's still...
What is everyone running on the street and at the track (275's & 315's)?
My old versions of tire pressure was "yes-there is air in there" for the street and "there is not much air in there" at the track.
I just re-did the entire front and and got an alignment so I guess I should watch how much...
Those bleeder tools are sweet....I bought a $3 tool from Pep Boys and it worked great.....a long clear tube with a metal thing at the end that kept air from getting back in.
I had 5 years on my current brake fluid.....I think I saw small animals coming out of the brake lines....it was...
Thanks for the replies......time to start re-furbing the interior....I can start with the replacement carpet I bought like 2 years ago! Going to bring the interior panels to a paint place to be re-sprayed.....but the carpet on that rear piece is looking a little tore-up.
Thanks!
Matthias my man- what is up.........
All-Check it......I have an 8000k kit on my '01 Tahoe.....I was very happy with the HID's in the stock headlamp assembly. Lighting was crazy bright with the color I like.
I recently bought a set of projector beam assemblies and I'm not really...

This is the response I got from Lokar-
"The SBC dipstick is ED-5001 will fit your 92 4.3 V-6."
About $43 from Summit.....hell what's another $43!!!??!!?? :D
Anyon ever use the Lokar stuff? Looking at their flexible oil dipstick......can we use the one off the later SBC's?
Any other companies out there? My extra bent tube is not happy with the ATR headers and nifty WG setup.....
Thanks,
What else can break inside an adjustable FRP to cause pressure not to hold at the rail? I know I've had two that have "broken" and not hold pressure; took them apart to see no tears in the gasket; and no fuel leaking into the motor. My Acufab is acting up; have to play with the screw...
A broken diaphram will not dump fuel into the motor. It will just hold no pressure at the rail and allow it all to dump back into the return line to the tank. Do a compression check like dude said and should eliminate some questions.
Re: Los Angeles area dudes
That's Erik's Ty, Tuan's old Ty. I did the turbo/DP/IC install on that truck. The truck is VERY quick and runs strong (at least last time I saw it). Very well maintained.
