if you can't figure it out with the stock ecm, you may consider upgrading to our stage 1 plug n play ecu. It will give you all the information you need to troubleshoot your knock. It's also connected to the CEL to provide trouble codes for all the major sensors:

Kyle just released the 3rd video, which is a fantastic resource on how to set up the factory knock sensor in our system. The way he adjusts the parameters would probably work well for just about any stand alone ecu:
