AZ 93 Ty part out - gauging interest

I picked up this Ty about a week after I bought my Teal one. Originally I bought it to take what mine needed and part out the rest, but later chose not to take another truck off the road after seeing it in person and how nice/complete it is. To make a very long story short, I AM going to part it out for many reasons. I just don't feel that it's necessary to explain on the forum because of the length of time it would take to explain it in its entirety.

I know that I'm getting ahead of myself a little bit by not pricing things out, yet, but I want to get things going.

The cluster reads 146k (If my memory serves me right), but I ran an Autocheck on it and the last reported reading was 157k. So, please be aware that I do not know how many miles are actually on the truck. I bought it in San Diego and it is NOT rusty. It's a pretty clean truck. I've not driven it because a rod went through the pan. The wheels are chrome, but are bent.

Anyway, here are the pictures. If you need something please post here.

The paint appears to be original, but will shine up.

Hey was this one for sale and was parked near a r/v?

Does it have title issues? Hence the though of parting it out. ?

If you do decide to pull the trigger on this part out. I would like the front driver fender provided some better photos of it.

I could use the steering column, steering wheel, and probably a few pieces from the dash.

Correct, that's the one. I knew about a title problem going in to the deal, partially. I'll explain this shortly.

The problem (to my understanding) was that the owner had a lien on the truck at one point and while deployed paid it off. He said he never received the title and never requested a duplicate when he returned. He is now unable to get one because there are back due registration fees because the truck was never declared INOP. What I didn't realize until it arrived here in AZ was that it already had a bonded title done at some point in its life. So, the hope of paying the (nearly $900) back due fees and getting an original title on the truck seems impossible. It appears to have the original VIN, but not the original VIN plate on the cowl. It has a tag in the drivers door jam from the state of California. Couple that with the mileage discrepancy, I just don't think it's worth the hassle. Maybe I'm crazy, but I have a hard time justifying spending the money to put it back on the road with any hope of selling it for anything worthwhile down the road.

I'll take the rear bumper cover if the truck does go to parts

I tried to buy this truck too... Lol... Dude tried to add on $500 to the price so I could have first shot at it... He had a real issue answering basic questions though, i.e. any rust, how's the title, how's the interior, etc... If you don't mind me asking, what did you end up buying it for??

There are pictures, but if there's something else you need to see let me know.

He was certainly a bit odd about the situation. He told me that there were several interested parties, but he never tried to pull that with me. There's not any rust on the truck, it's pretty clean inside and out. The body needs a good wash and polish, but it will shine up well. It appears to be a well kept truck.

Noted, but I don't want to take the seats apart.

Sell it complete, let someone else deal with title issues...and get another one back on the road. I'm sure you can make some money for your Vega.

About the PS fender I just wanted to make sure there were do dents or major scratches on it. I couldn't see the whole fender in the pics is all. Shipping would be to 76179. Juarez let me know if you decide to part it out and what the price would be for the fender Thankyou

I'm interested in the driver side front cladding and the dash if it's in great shape.
