My bro in law is a real estate egent in WinterPark, and grew up in the Orlando area so he knows the townships very well.
Basically what areas are good/bad growing/dying etc.
Traffic will definitely weigh heavily into where you are going live as compared to work.
I know guys who drive 45 minutes each way to work and its only like 20 miles.

It takes me 15-20 minutes to get to work, I drive round about way to work because its usually quicker (its a little over 4 miles) I am not sure how far the direct way is but was taking me upto 30 minutes and the stop and go traffic along with the train tracks drove me up the wall. I walked home the direct route one day and it took 48 minutes.

If Eustis is offering to pay you a good amount, take it. We're a small town and dont have alot that takes place. Sometime this year (probably more towards the end..) I'm gonna go sign up for the police school over here.. If your really thinking about moving around me, tell me your price range and I'll get you all the info you need on house's in my area.
