Its louder than stock...

Old stuff:

Hoping to get my WB in and get inspected so i can get plates in the next 2 weeks.
Current tag expired in 2008 so its been a bit in the making.
I have reserved my old tag "MR TY2U" under the premise I will be legal soon!

We made the maiden voyage to the gas pump Friday night and nothing broke!
I am definitely pumped to be a member of the running truck club again and only using jackstands on my terms, not his.

And there is a JSM 4 Link sitting on the bench about to find a home.

You won't be seeing this truck at the Nats, unfortunately. :-(

Gives me hope that one day I'll get off my lazy ass and do something with my Sy other than walk past it in the garage....

Here's the Corbeau seats on wedge engineering tracks.

And my Mike Campbell special Lecarra hand polished custom machined horn button(s). Yes he machined 2 completely custom horn buttons.
Zav knows the exhaust well but I will get a few pics under it and a sound clip next we are under it.

I can't be more thankful or lucky to be where I'm at on my truck.
Without the friends I've met in this community and a great local support group I would have given up a long time ago.

Re: Back in the saddle! Typhoon #2407 "MR TY2U"

Nice to hear it's back on the road!
The hard question, what are you going to want to drive more now??

Re: Back in the saddle! Typhoon #2407 "MR TY2U"

Did you use the OEM rails for the seats or how did you mounted them? Do you have any pictures to show that?

phoonTy

Truckless. For now.
Re: Back in the saddle! Typhoon #2407 "MR TY2U"

I still can't believe you stopped driving the Vette long enough to get it back on the road.

Looking good!
