Thank you so much guys. Don't anyone send anymore money. Right now, I've received $395. That will cover the cost of the prop, the kit and shipping. I received a pic from Kelley and the pic does not match the person that said they were him at the meet.
I've forwarded a copy to an individual that knows him and I'll doublecheck identification.
I know here in Ohio that they write down the license plate of everyone that goes in the track. Do they do the same thing in Michigan? If so, it'll be really easy to see who came that was not registered and narrow it down to just a few people.
Whoever you are that did this, if your giggling reading this, we will find your ass. We just need a little time. Your mistake was coming into the track. You F****D up.

Whoever this individual is, he must be relatively new to the community. No one that has been on here for any length of time would ever DREAM of pulling a stunt like this

. It has been said before, we WILL figure out who you are. It's only a matter of time, we look after our own on here. At that point, don't come to ANY get together and expect open arms. Even the board won't be a safe haven for you. I'm 110% certain that the other MODS and ADMINS on here would be all for granting you PERMANENT Doghouse status even if you try to make things "right". At point, you might as well write off getting ANY help on here for anything. Do yourself a favor and sell your truck now. You burned down a BIG bridge, I hope that it was worth it.

Plot thickens. Got an "anonymous" phone call today. Now that the culprit knows that their license plate is most likely on record for insurance purposes at the track, it prompted the call. Person blocked the number and did not give any information on who they were for fear of it hurting their "business". Specific people were given credit for allowing the situation to happen. I obviously do not totally trust the person but I'm disappointed to say the least. Several things made sense unfortunately. Yes, the person that took the shaft is reading this thread. It's an odd situation to say the least. I was way too trusting and you guys that helped me in this loss I cannot thank enough. Screw me once, shame on you. Screw me twice shame on me. This won't happen again. Enjoy the shaft a**hole. It's just a matter of time.

call the phone company. according to one of my friends who works for Verizon, everything can be traced, blocked or not. Its blocked from showing up on your phone, but thats about it.

or just do further investigating on the license plate from the track.

If this moron wants it to end, he should put the shaft in a box and mail it back to you with no return address since he's clearly a cheap piece of worthless shit.

either way, he will be caught eventually and when that happens, he'll be charged with theft and whatever other charges there are relating to impersonating someone else.

good job asshole, i hope they toss you in "pound you in the ass prison" for this bullshit, you cheap ****.

It depends on where the call came from. I'll find out from the cell company. It's obviously not a smart individual. He drives into a frigging race track where they write down your license at a reserved event, then he or one of his "cohorts" realizes it's just a matter of time and then makes an "anonymous" phone call that the phone company can trace.

If you are the one reading this that stole the shaft, ship it back with no return address. Drive to another city and ship it back via UPS and I'll forget it happened. If you make me finish digging your identity up, I will nail your ass to the wall. What you took has a fair market value of $413. Plus the other charge that Morgan mentioned. At first I was pretty taken back and didn't think there was anything that could be done. Now I have positive leads and it really is just a matter of time.

Do you understand? I'm giving you a get out of jail free card. Just send back what you stole. I don't want to know who helped you, I just want back what you took and I will refund everyone's money that covered what you've done and it'll be like it never happened. The ball is in your court. It's WAY too small of a community to burn anyone on this board. That's why I had no problems sending parts to people prior to getting checks, as long as they'd been on the board a while. It would suck to not get help or any other parts over a few dollars worth of unpaid parts.

I too just read this for the first time. Whover took the shaft is a dick!! George is one of the nicest guys on this site. He is doing great things for the syty community and is a class act all the way. I hope they find you and We get to shove that shaft strait up your ass.
