well I might be interested but it looks like you've got more demand than you can handle. lol

I just wanted to see some shots of the mounting points.

I actually have the KB A/A under the bumper instead of the stocker and I am looking for a scoop that can accommodate that core as well.
Yours might work with some extra holes drilled and a couple of L brackets.

whenever its easy can you take some shots of yours with the mounting holes drilled?

All I did was drill holes for the existing treads in the bottom of the intercooler. Just the five stock bolts on the bottom of the intercooler is all I use to hold it. Get them nice and tight and its not going anywhere. If you still need shots I can take some for you. I will be replacing my heater core and puting in my Alkycontrol tonight. I will take some then.

Definitely a nice piece. If I didn't have a blade of death, I'd be in for one. But I'm good. :lol:

sent you a pm. I don't want to start a uproar but he should be charging more :p . how much more ??? don't know. The time and effort he spent is worth more than $20 apiece(if I'm seeing this right). To me $50 would be a great deal. What did KB get for them? Either way Great Job :tup:

I have called my dad every night this week and even emailed him. No reply or call back. I think hes been real busy around the house with all the nice weather. Hes coming to visit me this weekend and maybe he will have the scoops then.
I was just trying to be a nice guy and help out the sy/ty comunity and not soak people a lot of money for something. With so many people wanting the IC scoop I might just put the ones I get on ebay. I can post a link in this post for them.
If Im being unfair about this let me know.

why not draw a line at who has posted as of now and do those scoops, then sell the ones you make after the list on ebay

I finally got a hold of my step dad. Here is the story. He can make as many as needed. He’s out of scraps. But what he’s going to have to do is buy the material himself and schedule personal machine time to do this. He’s going to have to figure out the cost of material and how many scoops he can make out of one sheet. Then he can figure out a price. Not really sure what that is yet.
It sounds like the material he can order in that thickness has the black coating on it. If you need silver you will have to grind or blast the coating off.
The plan for now is to buy the material make around 20 to 25. I’m sure interest in this is dependent on the price. Once I find the price I will go through the posts the best and I can and ask if they are still interested. The surplus will go one Ebay if they are not spoken for.

How many people would still be interested pending price?
