I'd like to hear from those who have bought these....would you go back to stock or never look back? I'm thinking about these alot more and more.... seem decent but would need a little adjustment or massaging I'm seeing but oh well... ..lmk

I havent installed my stuff on yet...but Im very pleased with what I see. Its on my to do list.

I did.. I asked him if he could correct it and send me another fender or give me a partial refund and I never heard back..
If it weren't for the major misalignment issue I would highly recommend these fenders. They have some other problems but they are minor and easily corrected..

Matt are you still going to make these?? I need one set.
I CADed up a bracket to use with these fenders that will:
1) Allow you to bolt your hood hinge to something metal. I'm not so sure I'd trust the tab that glassed onto the fenders.
2) Provide the hooks that hold the back of the cowl down into place.
3) Provide a location to bolt hood supports to(if you use them).
If anyone is interested in a set I can sell them for $30 shipped. The are made from mild-steel and are unfinished. Some minor bending may be required to get the cowl hooks exactly where they need to be.. Also these set on top of the fiberglass fender so they are higher than the original mounting locations on the fender. To get the front of the cowl to line up like its supposed to you need to massage the tabs on the cowl that bolt to the top of the fender. I'll post a pic of what I mean tomorrow..

I'm finally getting around to painting my fenders so I decided I'd "fix" the alignment issue...
Pulled fenders from truck:
Marked out line of where to cut fender:
Cut and re-positioned end further forward to match other side:
I took tomorrow off of work.. Hopefully I'll have time to glass this back together and get them prepped for paint..
