So I spent the whole day yesterday cutting, re-glassing, and body-working these fenders. It takes quite a bit of effort to make these truly nice..

To start I taped off the outside then painted white gelcoat in from the back:

I let that just about dry then I started adding layers of glass from the back:

You can see the front profiles now match side to side:

Wait, this pic says that the passenger fender is correct and the driver's fender needs work.

Nope you got it.. I made them both "wrong" which is actually better IMO as it reduces the bumper-fender gap...

Oh, I see.....so, two wrongs make a right?! :rotf:

I forget who did it, but a member shaved the lip of the bumper so that he could tuck the bumper tighter to the body to close that cladding gap.
