no they don't. jjorg's used seperate pieces and were welded together, and had support rails on them.

Re: LS1 Ebrake kits...New GP

if thats how everyones brackets look....i'd be willing to step in and remake those mild steel brackets and powdercoat them, and can probably do it for $40-$50 shipped. If you're interested and don't want brackets that have been cut with scissors.

That is great that you would be willing to step up. If you need anything cut too I have easy access to a plasma table too.

Before you duplicate them Renz I would verify they actually WORK with the cables he sent.

if someone sends me their bracket so i know how long to make the legs, i'll get them done asap. I promise it will take less than 1.4yrs to do too.

well i dont see how the brackets you desinged are any stronger than the ones i designed, which are thicker material and much stonger than the cobbled together brackets i bought from jjorgeson whene i bought my kit from him before even deciding to start making these ktis again. No mine are not laser cut or waterjetted out, each one is made by hand and yes they arent the prettiest but do what they need to do. The cables are OEM quality and the same exact ones from jjorgeson but im sure somebody will say they are shit as well.

well genious, the bracket in that picture was the first prototype, which was made from 1/8" aluminum for test fitting only...not street use.

Ok so you made yours by hand. No kidding, it was tough to tell. And i'm sure you use a very precise vise to bend the tabs uniformly too, huh? How you think those brackets are worth $100 + $10 shipping is beyond me. You have about $3 of material into them by the looks of the pics.

Your brackets may be a hair thicker, but that doesn't mean they're stronger. Jjorg's had supporting rails on them to stiffen them up. Yours are just thin flat metal with 2 hand bends put into them...but yea you're right - thats strong.'

I think you're probably best off just admitting you swindled everyone involved in the GP and moving on with your life.

wow those don't even look like they're worth the material they're made out of. i got an air saw that i could have cut them out with straighter and smoother. and i'd atleast have hammered the bends to make them sharp. let me know mike when yours are ready so i can order a set or i suppose i could copy these, i got an old s10 hood for sheet metal and my air saw.... anyone wanna buy a few

Re: LS1 Ebrake kits...New GP

unbelievable...
I thought this was a joke, but it doesn't look to be so.

If I were you guys I would go ahead and press for a full refund since this is in no way an acceptable resolution.

Please check the following link to report online frauds such as this scam.
http://www.ic3.gov/
They are partnered with the FBI and have been successful in other forums' matters where people were ripped off for money.

Everyone with money involved should not take this lying down.
This guy has scammed you for over a year now and bought many NICE parts for his own vehicle while he expects you to accept this crap quality.
I wouldn't even use one of those brackets to displace water mass in the nearest river.
Guess he had to practice his new plasma cutter on something...

Mike this is truly a pathetic attempt to save face.
