I do still need the passenger side rocker to begin prepping for plugs though if anyone is in a giving mood ? ;)
Theoretically, I should be able to build a FULL bed with floor and inner substructure including double walls and wells under 60lbs.73lbs. includes a full double walled gate w/cables.
Can you imagine ?! :tup: Resin Infusion deffinatly makes alot of things possible for weight and strength. Near F1 race quality for our flippin' trucks. :D

after reading this post a couple times over the years, i finally got my Syclone on a scale, and i was surprised. I'm at 3403lbs without the driver. There's alot removed from my truck, and i honestly thought it would be lighter.

Weight Loss
- A/C compressor & engine accessory bracket
- A/C wiring harness
- A/C condensor, dryer & all lines
- Non-AC heater box
- Heater core & coolant lines
- plastic battery box
- smaller starter
- Undersized racing radiator
- small single electric rad fan
- ABS unit
- ABS brake lines
- ABS chassis wiring harness
- plastic 13gal fuel tank instead of stock steel tank
- No spare tire
- No emergency jack
- PCV system
- Evap canister and hoses
- bracket for coil/map
- EGR
- A2A intercooler with aluminum piping
- Air filter on turbo, no cold air piping
- aluminum water pump
- removed remote oil lines & adapter
- hydroboost booster
- cruise control module & bracket
- smaller torque converter
- remove converter cover
- aluminum exhaust with no catalytic converter.
