Well my build is finally almost complete but the last 4 stock items are having issues now lol. The stock upper water to air box is leaking out of the overflow nipple since I put a mazier pump in the system, I saw ATR makes an aftermarket option but can't find them or anyone who sells them? Any ideas or anyone have a used one? Thanks in advance

I got lucky when I found mine. The one I have was actually sold by Conley, and is a little different from the ATR version. Jwaller was making them in the past, might still be. I've got a stock unit that doesn't leak, if you're interested.

You can find some stockers on here in the for sale section occassionally. An ATR one sill be hard since they have been out of business for 10 years. I think there is also a Kenne Bell one. If anything find a reputable welder, who can weld alluminum, to fix it.

Damn, ya at this point I would like to put a bigger one on unless a stock one is Cheap? Kenne Bell doesnt seem to do anything with the syty's anymore either...

The IC isn't the prob it's the moped radiator in front of it.

A giant IC rad in front of your engine rad in cycle with the moped rad and a good 5GPM pump is the way to go IMO.

Re: Upper Intercooler Options ATR?

Thank on the stock offer, I think I would rather wait and put $100 towards a nice big aftermarket unit. I should have bought the one on ebay that sold for $350... And thanks for the info on the lowers but I already have a fat lower too.

Just need a fat upper cooler!!

I agree. The lack of fluid isn't the greatest either. Bigger heat exchanger/radiator core gets you more heat transfer medium, more surface area/cooling, and a bigger pump gets you more flow. Add a reservoir that you can stuff with some ice before each pass and you're golden. Phase change requires the most energy to happen.

Is the leak just the over flow nipple? If so, try a new cap to seat tighter.

I tried a meziere water pump as well and it flowed too much and I could never get it to work with the stock cooler. I switched back to a johnson and it worked better...
