I had this problem before with another vehicle, the computer had gone bad and the injector drivers were holding open the injectors causing it to flood. BAD. Do you have a noid light? If not harbor freight has them cheap. You unplug the injector harness, plug the light in. The light should pulse, as you crank, if it stays on the injector is being held open. Like I said, this was with another vehicle, but its worth eliminating as a possibility.

So Update:
Replaced the o2 sensor, throttle position sensor, ignition control module and the fuel filter.
The problem is still there. The truck will start and idle for a minute then dies. When I go to restart the truck its flooded. So the only things left are new spark plugs which I need to get and the MAP sensor. Unless theres some other things that could cause this problem.

So I plugged in a working MAP sensor. The truck still will not run. So with that eliminated. What else is there? I was going to pull the 42lb injectors and put in the stock ones with the stock chip and see if that eliminates the problem.

Other than that what is there that can cause this problem?

my next guess would be pcm or you might want to take chip out ,clean terminals and reinstall just to make sure its contact didn't go bad.
