Re: AC oil quantity, and 134a quantity needed I used one of the changeover kits, with PAG oil. It took 3 cans and is ice cold. I also vacuumed it for about 2 hours to make sure all the air and moisture got out.

Re: front diff any good used 4x4 or bravada front diff with 3:42 gears would work, with a 4x4 diff you just need to swap pass. side axle shaft and tube(easy swap).

Re: Bouncing corner-to-corner on compression Mine did pretty close to what your describing, even after new belltechs and bilsteins on it, I put a rear sway bar from 2003 zq8 extreme blazer on it and it helped a lot with body roll and bounce. And it was under 100 bux.

I'm looking at getting 17x9.5 Z-06 wheels with 54mm offset for my TY. Will these wheels work with rear spacers, I'm assuming I'll need about a 1 inch spacer/adapter. Probably run a 255/40 17 tire. I'm horrible in figuring offset so any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Re: Ac compressors You should plug the fittings for the lines, and ake sure you have compressor oil in it. Moisture kills a/c components, keep it in a dry place.
