If you got a stocker upper IC there is no need for fans cause the stocker just can't handle the heat dissipation coming from the TURBO. Its upper cooling capacity is just limited.
The fluid will stay cool enough for the stocker.

I haven't checked it with this setup if it would help with fans but when your engine is(heavy) modded it will for sure.
