Finally after more attempts than I care to count I managed to get the correct password typed in. I tried to create a new account but never received the confirmation email allowing me to post.
ok... let the bashing begin. I totally deserve everything I get. Thanks for the video comment and someone finally leaving a message on my phone. When I shut down the site and lost the PC I also lost everyones contact information. I don't even know where to start cause I had hundreds of oportunities to create a new Username and password for syty.net. Just because I got a new PC and couldn't remember the old PW doesn't excuse anything and I know that.
As some of you may know, I had FAR too much on my plate sometime ago and it landed me in the DH. I did everything in my power to make things right with everyone, and I did. Yes I was in the DH and removed for making everything right with everyone. Thinking I was back on track I attempted to handle things again unbeknownst to me that I would again have to deal with my inlaw whom is alone and a mere 12 time zones away and speaks not one word of english. I admit that SyTy.net took a back seat for awhile but I still should have taken care of business between trips. I've got more miles on my passport than I do on all my vehicles put together. That was the time of the second Homecoming which I had plans to attend and deliver the 3 known debts I have with people on here (later to find out that there is a 4th). I never intended to mislead or take advantage of anyone. A thief? no, not then, not now nor will I ever be a thief. Sure I understand how it looks and I can't help that now, but I could have then. Some that really know me can vouch that I have offered and given much more than I have ever been accused of thieving. I make more than enough dough to provide for my family, I don't need the $100 bucks that I technically (but not purposely) thieved from a couple members here. My actions really weren't intentional, I just didn't know how to face everyone here again eventhough all I had to do was ask for the info again and get things settled.
About the debts I have...
Mike, I see that you got the phone call from me. I understand the troubles you went through to get what you got. You probably don't need anything from me anymore and I certainly understand why, but I am willing to pick up where we left off if needed.
Rob, I did not rip you off. Two sets of decals were mailed to you and I offered half refund and a full refund which you graciously refused. I needed a confirmed mailing address for you. Instead, I had an idea to ship to someone else that was attending Homecoming so they can be delivered, then decided that I would just attend Homecoming and deliver them myself. Things happened and that was an impossibility so I am totally at fault for not following up after that. I had hoped that at least one of the packages had eventually gotten to you since I stopped hearing from you, (yes I know you all stopped hearing from me also. That's where I made the mistake and things snowballed from there). It's obvious now that it wasn't the case. You have probably found another source by now and I truely apologize. Same offer for you as with everyone else. If still in need I'll send them to you along with a refund. We'll talk and I will get it to you ASAP.
I believe I owe you a fan mounting kit. I had it for you at first Homecoming, but we never touched base. I also had it at Nats X and you said you couldn't take it on the plane with you. Yes, I was going to mail it and again totally my fault for not following up. Timing was bad and it took a back seat just like everything else in my life at that time. Once again, that was my mistake. If still in need, it's still here and you too will be getting a refund. Touch base with me and I'll get everything worked out with you.
Typhoon decals.. I don't know who you are, I don't know your username and i don't even know what you ordered. I just very recently heard that I owe you decals. I announced that I wasn't doing decals anymore but would work one on one with people on here. I don't have any recollection of talking to anyone about TY decals so you'll have to get in touch with me. You must have gotten the order in before I shut down the site and I didn't catch it. I took care of at least 12 other orders between announcing that I quit and the week that I shut the site down, not sure what happened.
How do I avoid future issues? I will not be conducting any form of business transactions from here on out. Sure, some of you may laugh and say Duh! Go ahead, but for me its the only way I can justify to myself that this will never happen again reguardless of how confident I am that my issues outside of SyTy community are over and done with. Things may never be normal again but in my mind I'll know that I forth the effort.

I will post my Email address. If you feel you need to vent then go ahead and vent. It's meant to be for those that I am in debt to, to let me know what I owe them so I can settle up. My number and Email have never been a secret and I never hid from anyone. On the other side of the coin I was wrong not to be the one to initiate the closing of a transaction. I am not a bad guy, just made some mistakes after life delt me three very difficult years. I am prepared to suffer the consequinces of my mistakes and in time possibly regain some trust in the members here that know me better than just an image from the last few years. No, I am not expecting any sort of forgiveness from anyone. I just want to share my SY/TY experiences and mishaps as I use to some 6-7 years ago.
