Well sort of. First run 11.951 Followed by 12.144, 12.016, and 12.094. I'm a happy camper. Truck feels strong. Not going for any records but it's fun running this quick. 20# boost, pump gas, alky turned on. Virtually -0- spark retard.

New best actually. After some initial missteps the truck put down 4-5 runs all at 112-115 and more important, all in the low 12.30's very consistent. Makes this bracket racer happy. All on 91 octane, 20# boost and no meth. Probably an 11 in the future but the season is ending so may have to...

Does anyone have a part # for an aftermarket flexible dipstick replacement? Or the entire tube and dipstick. Regular flat stick only bends one way and I need one that bends both ways. Tons of sticks out there for transmissions. I didn't see any long enough for our motors. Thanks

Some differences in my block. There is no step for the 2 center 4 bolt mains. Also the outer bolts do NOT go into the water jacket. Caps are flat. The cylinders are relieved. Crank in and torqued. If I stop it in the right spot it will go back a little bit by itself. That's how true...

Done some searching, came up empty. Lot of folks have done that little "porting" job on the upper intake to better match the lower. This idea is different. I want to improve the performance of the stock SyTy intake, upper and lower. ( among other things no money for a fancy-dancy alum set.) So...
