John....Saturday is still in the air. We may be in Savannah again or in Jackson, if weather gets bad, everybody wants to go, and/or Savannah isn't running on Sat.

All....Scott spoke with Jeff yesterday and Friday is a DEFINITE. So, we will be able to race from 8pm-3am on Friday night. Just pray for good weather.

BTW, if the weather does hold up, we should be in good shape.....looking like a 2 day "cool" snap around Friday with potential for low 40's at night (which is a lot sooner now).

I would be there, but no goddamn crossover pipe ...anybody have one? :) . Besides I have to paint my house, rebuild a NA 4.3, and take my Journeyman Electrical class this weekend.

Wish i can say the same. Engine is not getting fuel. The injectors arent opening. I gotta go over all the wiring....i know im missing a 12v connection somewhere. I gotta go over it all tomorrow. It'll be running before the weekend dammit! The damn downpipe flange hasnt come yet either....it was shipped last time i heard. Everything else is ready to go. Im not going to have time to install my alky injection....oh well.

Awesome to hear Adam! I'm as ready to tune that sucker as you are. Now, go by, pick up Pearson, and tell him he doesn't even need hands to ride shotgun. (sucks to hear about him btw).

Jordan.....bring it all with you. We'll have a fair amount of time to wrench if need be. I'll have a decent amount of tools on hand and we can probably get the alky/whatever installed. Same goes for everybody.......

2 days to go and the weather is looking good. We should have temps in the mid 40's for Friday/Saturday night. Still gonna hafta figure out if some of you wanna head up to Jackson saturday night to run a 1/4 mile (plus it's a lot better track than Savannah). Guess we'll just play it by ear.

Man this sucks. :-? I noticed it last weekend when I buried my EGT gauge racing a GTO on I-65.I thought it was possibly just a bad injector,cause I was running 45 base and the richest program I got.I never even watched the fuel pressure gauge :oops: I watched it today.My fuel pump is fixing to die.As soon as the pressure hits 60 PSI,it falls on it's face and starts dropping.Exact same thing it did before it died last time.

So I guess the smart thing to do is fix it here in Nashville this weekend.I don't want to be stuck on the side of the road at 2 AM in bum fuct GA with a dead truck and Joe pissed.

LOL I'm a retard.FP is fine (tank was low,duh),but it's still hitting 1400 degrees kinda fast.It's gotta be a bad/clogged injector.We'll be there :tup:

I need to be out of there really early Sunday. Have to be back in time to pick up the gf at the airport @ 6:45 pm. If any of the FAST crew wants to roll with me fine. If not I understand. Guess that means I really don't want to do a 3 hour drive to another track in the wrong direction. Would like to see Savannah though.

Gary.....Jackson (the other track) is only 1 hr NW of Savannah. Not a bad drive and we could be back in Savannah around 11-12pm. It's a thought at least.

Seeing Savannah......SaturDAY & Saturday night would be excellent times to do that. Savannah's a really nice place to visit. We'll make sure to keep you guys in the "nice" part of town.

BTW, any idea how long of a drive it "should" be for you? MapQuest says <500 miles, so you could probably make it in 7 hours?

WE gotta leave early sunday morning tooo.....the gf has workie. I got the rustang running today!!...it was one pnk/blk wire that needed a 12v. Half of the exhaust is done b/c I did actually get the flange today as well. This thing is fucking loud with no downpipe on the turbo. :lol: Im not out of the blue yet....tomorrow i gotta tig the exhaust, bleed brakes, set fp, mount wastegate, set timing, and do some other crap i cant remember. I dont have time to register/insure the car :eek: ...fuck it.

dunno what time im leaving sunday.... as long as im pointed towards I-95 south, i can pretty much leave anytime.

all i know is that its gonna be cold and that means the truck is gonna haul ass. hell yeah i cant wait!

Mapquest said 7:52 for me. But that assumes legal speeds. I usually do better. I like to plug my destination into the nav system and see how much I can beat its ETA by.

Good/Bad news.....

Good news - Weather looks awesome. 0% rain tomorrow and low 40s tomorrow night.

Bad news - Adam can't make it. This really sucks as he/I were planning on making some serious headway on tuning/chipping his truck. Oh well, I'll catch up with you later Adam, and tell the wife that I said I hope everything turns out well.

welp no rustang.....i just have too much shit left to do and plus i got a speeding tick on the bike today for $202.50. So i dont wanna risk getting another tick with the rustang with no ins/registration and in the loud state of tune its in right now. Me and jeremy are rolling in the ballin civic......hell, at least it has heat/ac and a radio for the drive up. :)

hey sorry i read most of the post but skipped the rest. I live in ATL and picked up my 1st tyhoon yesterday. What track are you guys talking about? Renyolds? I know couple of my friends w/ lightings are going to Atl dragway tonight. BUt I'm interested in maybe showing up w/them. There trucks are mildly modded but their jaws drop when they see a sy/ty.
