    Anyone ever tried running straight alky?

    I'm thinking a set of 160lb bosch injectors- http://www.musclemotors.com/ A tank full of of alcohol and some tuning with the wb. Is it that simple? Change programs and switch back to gas when you get home from the track. Drain most out through the fuel rail. Is this nuts or what?

    Jeepers, batman. Up to 27*? The most I've ever been able to run without getting some knock was around 21-22*. I do run 91 octane though. What octane are people running to use 27*?

    i run 20 degrees with the brodix heads 14-20psi. i think the base timing is off significantly after re-degreeing the cam. i can't find 0 degrees on the fluidampr.

    I've snapped 2 stock cranks in 2 years. 2 bolt main, eagle rods, trw pistons. No knock. I attribute some of the failure to the t72 turbo pushing 20psi+ and a lead foot, but I could be wrong. From what I understand, the failure is vibration related. Both times the crank broke between #3 and #4...

    jwaller is right- The tcc and shift light share the same wire. You can use it for one or the other but not both. So if you want to use the shift light, your gonna have to disable the tcc lock up or you can modify the code to use an unused output for the shift light, and run that to the shift light.

    truck runs lean now after some boost launches

    i have speedpro with wide band. after a little bit of spirited driving last night, my truck developed a problem. the a/f ratio at idle and cruise has gone way lean according to the wideband. i assumed a vacuum leak. i inspected all the hoses...everything looks fine. i havent checked the gaskets...
