Parking break was off. If I applied it, the light would get slightly brighter. Yes, it said Anti Lock. Pretty sure I pulled the right plug. It was on the top of the unit towards the passenger side. There was another plug directly below it.

New Prob New Prob I disconnected it as described and the red brake light came on. So, I hooked it back up for now till I find something else to try. Now the ABS light is on all the time :cry: .Do I need to pull the bat. cable to to reset it?

Could also be the neutral safety switch. Try moving the shifter to low and back to park a few times.

Thanks for the info guys. I'll disconnect it. I think I want to keep the unit on there for resale purposes. If I decide to pull it I'll let you know.

I found out last night I hate my ABS. Every time I buy a vehicle I like to try it out and see how it feels just in case I get into one of those situations. I'm going down a steep hill coming to a stop sign, I move over to the right and get the right side tires into a little tree dirt that fell...

Yah, I should have stuck this in there. Sorry 'bout that! Anyway, everything seems to be hooked up correctly. Jacking the front end up helped get the air out. All is well now.

I think my hoses might be hooked up backwards. If it's not filled to the very top of the tank it sucks air. Does the coolant flow from the pump to the cooler or from the pump to the tank?

Update Update I filled up for the first time and picked up a few pounds :lol: Must not have had premium in it :x I need to get that Diacom working!

I have a Diacom but it won't link for some strange reason. :( I am going to try it on another vehicle when I get a chance. I can't put it on the Z because it has a FAST system on it. Hopefully, somebody at work will let me use their ride as a test to see if it's a cabling problem or...

I have 400mi on the new engine in the Ty I just bought. I jumped on it for the first time today. The boost flew up then tapered back to around 7-8psi. I tried it again and it repeated the problem. Does that sound like a wastegate rod adjustment? Also, what RPM should the WOT upshifts be...

Damn, you guys had to go and tell me about this thing didn't ya? I want one. Question for smeagol, are any of the settings the exact same as stock? Timing, fuel etc.? I see it says one has stock boost but nothing is mentioned about the others. Can you still use a Diacom with it?

Thanks for the link. I like it! It doesn't look like there is a boost setting below stock though. Maybe I'm reading it wrong but it looks like the valet mode limits RPM only? You guys had to go and tell me about this thing didn't ya? :lol:

i've seen a lot of talk about that chip on this board. I did a search and it brought up so many threads it's hard to find one that explains what it does (aside from the usual) and to make the adjustments. Does the manufacturer have a web site that goes into detail about it?

That would be great. But, I would like to cut it down to 2-3lbs if possible. Maybe I'll unplug it for now till I get this new engine broke in. It's just to tempting to stick my foot in it.
